ARE ALL OF YOUR MACARONS GLUTEN FREE?
Yes, all macarons with the exception of the biscoff, cookies and cream, white crunchy caramel and seasonal macarons with * are gluten free.

HOW BIG ARE MACARONS?
Macarons are made by hand and vary in size around: 4 cm/1.67 inch in diameter per macaron.
HOW MANY MACARONS SHOULD I ORDER?
When serving macarons for events and special occasions, we recommend 2-3 macarons per person.
CAN ‘BITE THE MACARON’ CUSTOMIZE MY MACARONS?
Yes, we can create custom colours, flavors, and apply personalized designs on our macarons.
DO ‘BITE THE MACARON’ MACARONS CONTAIN NUTS?
All of our macarons are made with almond flour and some of our macarons contain nuts, eg hazelnut praline.

DO ‘BITE THE MACARON’ MACARONS CONTAIN DAIRY?
Yes. Most of the fillings found in my original macaron flavours contain cream or butter.

NATIONWIDE SHIPPING:
You can order macarons to be shipped anywhere Royal Mail delivers in the United Kingdom. Please see our Shipping Policy for more details.
PICK-UP – MAIDSTONE: 271 Boxley Road, Maidstone, ME14 2AE
WILL YOU INCLUDE PRICES OF THE ORDER IN THE PARCEL?
No. We know that many of our customers give macarons as gifts and it is our standard packaging process that we don’t include invoices with payment details.
WHEN WILL MY MACARONS ARRIVE?
Macarons are a handcrafted product so please allow 2 working days for dispatch. Often it will be quicker but if you are in a rush please contact in advance to check availability.
We ship orders UK wide using Royal Mail as our third party shipping provider. We use their 24 hour standard and tracked delivery service. Please note that this is not a guaranteed service. The Royal Mail specify that the 24 hour tracked service is an ‘aimed for’ service where the majority of parcels reach their destination within 24 hours. No complaints can be made until 7 days have passed without delivery.
Orders are only shipped Monday through Thursday, to avoid any weekends delays.
